The NOWASTEWORLD system treats mixed plastic waste, homogenizing it with a patented system and making it workable through common injection molding systems, made more performing thanks to exclusive technical features. The plant manages the entire production cycle in an integrated way: from the loading of heterogeneous plastic waste to the molding of the finished product.

The NOWASTEWORLD system aims to replace the systems currently used for the treatment or disposal of waste by providing an innovative system to modify already established processes.

Patented TRIComapact technology

This machine allows to transform and homogenize the plastic waste with a low energy consumption process, thanks to the low temperature at which it is carried out, which guarantees energy savings of 60-70% during the heating and subsequent cooling of the matter. The maximum temperature reached is in fact 110°C, while traditional technologies must reach 180C° during processing.

NOWASTEWORLD TECHNOLOGY has been designed to avoid the drawbacks of traditional molding systems, thanks to special degassing systems, accumulation and injection of new conception. Machines can then use one recycled raw material, and have an hourly production higher than the technology used up to now, thanks to the time savings achieved during the heating and cooling of the treated plastic material.

Through NOWASTEWORLD TECHNOLOGY, you can print completely similar finished products to those obtained with virgin plastic. The process of transformation into granules is not of fusion but simply of sintering, combined action of pressure and temperature, which is created by the internal friction between the particles.

The phase of definition of the plastic mixtures is very important to ensure the consistency of the quality of the semi-finished product of "new plastic" and the goodness of the" finished "products to be made.

This activity is supervised directly by NOWASTEWORLD researchers, who make use of an internal analysis laboratory, equipped with special equipment to continuously monitor and control the process.

Summary

The waste obtained from the selection of plastic waste is transformed into a new material defined "plastic conglomerate" which will generate, by molding, new products: thanks to the new technology it is avoided to bring plastic waste to landfills or to the incinerator and also to create environmental problems.

NOWASTEWORLD TECHNOLOGY avoids disposal costs: finally we can say that the totality of plastic waste turns out to be one resource and no longer a problem or cost for citizens, always respecting the environment.

The Waste Processing Plants

The company with its mechanical designers is able to design and build plants for the transformation of heterogeneous plastic waste into pellets and machines for molding finished products.

The waste transformation plants represent the real innovation and are able to recover that part of plastic waste in the presence of inert phases (Cellulose, rags, aluminum, fragments of wood, etc) which the disposal chain is currently unable to recycle, except with incineration. The cycle involves mechanical processing only cold, thus allowing very low operating costs.

TRICompact P 1500 system

The Plant TRICompact P 1500 represents the latest innovative solution to be able to treat the most diverse material (from plastic to wood, from feed to heterogeneous plastic waste, and so on ) for the production of a compressed material completely similar to the so-called "granule" and/or "pellet” depending on the material used.

This Transformation Plant will create a semi-finished product suitable for use in injection molding plants.

The plant is made up in small part of traditional equipment for storage, handling, mixing and material selection, and largely from the aforementioned TRICompact, which is based on the possibility of compacting the material only through mechanical actions, regulating the processing temperature with a system based on special thermostats and thermoregulators.

Its physical configuration, moreover, allows to obtain very high hourly productions with a relatively modest structural dimension. The existence of these two very important peculiarities allows the TRICompact to have a very competitive sales cost and production management at least 60% inferior than existing systems on the market.

The new TRICompact therefore fits into the dual market of extruders – granulators (for plastics) and of Pelletizers (for wood and feed).
